Medical informatician, Health digitalization enthusiast, and Clinical Terminology Expert

Seasoned digital health product manager, my expertise focused on medical informatics, data standardization, terminology management, and bioinformatics.

Currently, I lead and manage the master data and interoperability standard at one of the hospital chain groups in Indonesia.

I believe that managing a product requires both soft and hard skills. Throughout my previous experiences, I gained hands-on work in people and stakeholder management, research, data governance, IT technical development and implementation, and operations (including go-to-market strategies and customer support).

I blend this abundant experience with my clinical experience as a General Practitioner, tutor, and scientific researcher, to bring perfection and a helicopter view of the product development lifecycle from conception to the post-production phase, in high-level, user, and technical perspectives.

3D CNN Lung Nodule Detection

Lung Nodule Detection and Classification from Thorax CT-Scan Using RetinaNet with Transfer Learning

I3DR-Net able to produce remarkable results on lung nodule texture detection task with mAP 49.61% and 22.86%, and area under curve (AUC) 81.84% and 70.36% for public and private dataset. Additionally, I3DR-Net successfully outperform previous state-of-the-art Retina U-Net and U-FRCNN + mean average precision (mAP) by 7.9% and 7.2% (57.71% VS 49.8% VS 50.5%) for malignant nodule detection and classification task.

Simple mini-Python apps for "Simple Local COVID-19 Surveillance Information System in Primary Health Care" made during my medical doctor internsip practice at Public Health Care (Puskesmas) located in Tangerang City. Tangerang City Health System use online integrated medical record based on ePuskesmas and ePuskesmas Kota Tangerang

However, since COVID-19 outbreak, to ease surveillance process of people with respiratory symptoms, it is integrate specific apps in addition of standard technology provided to us by public health office (Dinas Kesehatan). This is some of apps, used in conjunction with Google Forms, Awesome Table, Google sheet, Google My Map, and ePuskesmas database.
